Albert Strange, our beloved husband, father, papaw, son, brother, uncle and friend of many, passed away after a long battle with cancer, on October 5, 2023. He was 66 years old.
He was born on February 7, 1957, in Cleveland, Ohio to his parents, Albert and Jacqueline (nee Angyal) Strange.
Albert is the beloved husband of Patty (nee Pierce); devoted father of Tammy Pierce (Brad Harrison) and Janet “Sissy” (Clinton) Stewart; adored papaw of Robert Rivera, Albert Strange (Roberta Nita), Amber Stewart (Luis “Stinky” Cabrera) and Ava Stewart; loving son of Jackie Strange; dear brother of Raymond and Kenny (Ruth) Strange; friend and uncle to many.
His death reunites him with his father, Albert Strange and his mother-in-law, Liz Pierce.
To know Albert is to love him. Let’s remember him for the crazy, fun, happy, fat man that everybody loved. The life of every party. The guy who helped out so many in his years with us.
Family and friends are welcome to celebrate Albert’s life on MONDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2023 FROM 4-8 PM AT SLONE & CO. FUNERAL DIRECTORS, 13115 LORAIN AVENUE, CLEVELAND, OHIO, 44111 where Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, October 10th at 12 Noon. Interment to follow at West Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Albert asks for any contributions to go to Patty as she navigates through her loss.
