Alberto Matute

Alberto Matute, age 56, went home to be with God on February 23, 2021. Alberto was born on March 25, 1964 in El-Salvador to his parents Jose Domingo Matute and Ana Maria Posada. He was a kind brother to Ana Lidia, Alicia, Lea Ruth, Jose Antonio, and Juan Antonio Matute. Alberto was a sweet and humble man- that's one of the many reasons Maria Cristina Torres fell in love with him. Together, they had four beloved children: Carla Jasmin (Gabriel Morales), Andrea Beatriz, Ariel Alberto, and Esmeralda Darlin Matute.  Alberto was a loving and patient father. He was also a proud and supportive uncle to his nieces and nephews: Fatima, Lando, and Victoria Matute, Karen, Josseline, Bretney, and Jerry Mejia. Alberto was a devout man of God who found pleasure and solace in reading the Bible. In his free time, you could find him in the garden or washing his car. Alberto's kind spirit touched everyone he met and he will be missed greatly. Friends and family are welcome Friday, March 5, 2021, from 5 pm to 8 pm at the Iglesia Oasis De Benedicion 11405 Bellaire Rd, Cleveland, OH 44111. Alberto's homegoing service will be on Saturday, March 6, 2021, at 10 am at the Iglesia Oasis De Benedicion 11405 Bellaire Rd, Cleveland, OH 44111, followed by a graveside service at West Park Cemetery 3942 Ridge Rd, Cleveland, OH 44144.
