Alvena Annette Gribble

Alvena "Ann" Annette Gribble, age 71, passed away on September 24, 2024. Born on March 21, 1953, in Naoma, West Virginia. Beloved daughter of Reba (nee Williams) Taylor (deceased) and Homer Taylor. Ann was the beloved wife of the late Gary Gribble and devoted mother of Larissa Johnson (Chuck) (both deceased) and Latisha Gribble. She was a cherished grandmother to Lamier Freeman, Natalia Maldonado, and Caleb Johnson, taking her whole little family under her wing and helping to raise her grandchildren. Ann was a dear sister to Linda Bennett (Rick), Shelby Taylor (Patty Upton), Barb Soha, Debbie Zappitelli (Lou), Kathy Cole, Patty Colon (Mike), Carol Martin (Frank), James Taylor, and Jeff Taylor (Sherry). Ann will be remembered for her compassion for others, strength, courage, and caring nature, leaving a lasting bond with all who knew her. 

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024, at 2:30 p.m., at West Park Cemetery 3942 Ridge Rd. Cleveland, OH 44144 (please meet at gates by 2:15 p.m.). Funeral arrangements entrusted to Slone & Co. Funeral Directors.
