Ana Maria Carbajal, age 66, passed away on December 23, 2021. She was born on June 4, 1955, in Acolla Peru to the deceased Julio Rosales and Saturnina Mayta.
Ana is survived by her beloved husband Isaac Carbajal. Devoted mother of Jefferson Carbajal, and Vanessa (Pheaktra) Chamroeun. Cherished Grandmother of Priscilla, and Paxton Chamroeun. Loving sister of many.
Ana enjoyed spending time with her family and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Family and friends are welcome on Monday, January 3, 2022, from 5 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors, 13115 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44111. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church, 3114 Scranton Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44109. Interment Brooklyn Heights Cemetery. (Please meet at the chuch).
