Barbara Honaker

Barbara Honaker was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.  She left this world suddenly on October 2, 2021 at the age of 73. 

She was born to Clifford & Shirley Patterson in Toledo, Ohio.  With brothers Mark Patterson, Danny Patterson and sister Marie Patterson, she loved having a large family.  She always loved children and wanted to have children of her own.  After graduating high school she had a career in childcare and had a very large family.

Married twice Barbara had created her large family having four children, Frank Patterson, Beth Simpson, Nancy and Linda Honaker.  She had twelve grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.  She was loved by all and will be dearly missed.

Preceded in death by her sister, Marie, daughter Linda, and grandchildren Devon and DaKara.

Please celebrate her life, Barbara was a witty, cantankerous, and loving woman, please remember the good times and know: “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.”
