If you’re about to throw away that old antique table, stop. Consider: Billy Ray Hepburn (you probably knew him as “Billy”, “Ray” or “Ray Ray”) who entered eternal life on Thursday, March 18, 2021. His spirit is carried on by his Mother, Carolyn and Father, Billy Joe Sr, 6 siblings: Carol, Bill, Rob, Mark, Mary and Jennifer, Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and an extended family of relations and friends from every walk of life. We’re blessed to learn many valuable lessons from Billy during his 53 years, among them: Never throw away that old antique table, fixture, furniture or figurine. Billy would be able to repurpose anything and add it to your newer furniture, throw a vase or flower arrangement on it and you’d have a perfectly balanced room (and knowing him, he would have cleaned the whole space and left it sparkling too).
Billy had a passion for interior decorating and he also loved to clean. He combined his two favorite hobbies to create his own cleaning business and he could often be heard singing, “I’m a Billy girl, in a Billy’s World as he re-decorated and cleaned.
Have you ever heard of the term, super fan? When it came to Billy and his love for all things Britney Spears and Marilyn Monroe, there is no question, that he was exactly just that, an extremely fantastic, super fan, brother and person. He loved all things Christmas, going to Tuesday Morning and you could always find him shopping for Nutcrackers in any place he could seek them. He also had an amazing flare for fall decorating and making sweet, warm cups of hot cocoa.
He was completely devoted to the eastern suburbs of Cleveland and the connections he had made there in the community. The life he led was adventurous and just the way he wanted to live it and nothing ever stopped him from getting to wherever he wanted.
Billy also had a quick wit, an infectious smile and compassionate spirit.
Billy is reunited with his Grandmother, Eunice and Grandfather, William.
