Dear grandfather of twenty and great grandfather of thirty two. Special friend to Catherine. Cherished son of the late Eddie Padgett of West Virginia and Laura Irene Farmer of Cleveland, Ohio. Beloved brother of the late Gladys (Anthony) Papa of Cleveland, Ohio. Loving great grandfather of the late Allen and Logan Watson.
