Beloved son of the late Ramon and Juanita Ortiz. Dear brother of Hilda (Wilfredo) Reyes, Carmen Ortiz (deceased), Ray (Carmen) Ortiz, Miriam (Daryl) Rush (both deceased), Florence (Tito) Munoz, Gilbert Ortiz, Marie (James) Sweeney, William Ortiz, and Mary Lou (Jose) Diaz. Treasured uncle of many. Dear friend of LeeAnn Gordon. Carlos was truly a public servant. He served his country as a proud Marine. Carlos retired from the City of Cleveland Streets Division. Carlos enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He never met a stranger and was always willing to help.
