Carolyn M. Reed

Carolyn M. Reed, age 75, passed away on July 16, 2024. She was born on September 18, 1948, in Houston, Texas, to her loving parents, the late David and Aldean Taylor Greer. Beloved wife of Joseph E. Reed, Sr. Devoted mother of Robert, Timothy, Baron, and David Tidwell. Cherished grandmother of James Douglas, Tanya Cook, Antwon Tidwell, DeVon E. Tidwell, Timon Tidwell, Trinity Tidwell, and great grandmother of Madison, Natalie, Cora, Kira, and Cade Tidwell. Dear sister of Delores Whiteside, David Greer (deceased), Anthony Greer, Angela Turner, Melinda Kenner, Paul Busby, and Lavander Aubrey. Treasured aunt of a host of nieces and nephews. 

Family and friends are welcome on Friday, July 26, 2024, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors 13115 Lorain Ave. Cleveland, OH 44111. Visitation will also be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024, from 10:30 a.m. until time of Homegoing Service at 11 a.m., at Second Calvary Missionary Baptist Church 12017 Emery Ave. Cleveland, OH 44135. Interment Strongsville Cemetery.
