Dear brother to Tricia McClellan (Billy), Lee Neiswonger (Michelle), Marcella Neiswonger ( Tim Weiss), Jonell Neiswonger (Sebastian McDuffie), Matthew Neiswonger, Stephanie Neiswonger (Brittany Sostre). Family and friends are welcome on Tuesday July 5, 2016 from 6 to 8 pm at the Slone & Co., Funeral Directors 13115 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland. Where concluding prayers will be held at 8 pm., Interment West Park Cemetery.
