Cheryl Diane Dean

Cheryl Diane Dean, age 69, passed away on September 29, 2024. She was born on July 19, 1955, in Elyria, Ohio, to her loving parents, the late Kenneth Schmitz and Nedra Bozman. Cheryl was the beloved mother of Suzie Dean Boles (Paul), Dell Dean (Colleen), and John Blainer III (Ali). She was a cherished grandmother to Selena (Joe), Erin (Rickey), Catherine, Britney, Dell Jr., Aleksandr (Danielle), Lindzy, Stephany, Jacob, Kenneth, Olive, and great-grandmother to Thomas, Acker, and Sunni. Cheryl was the dear sister of Jeanne Crews (John), Connie Geib (Jim), and Susie Sunagel (Duane) and treasured aunt to many nieces and nephews, as well as a loving cousin to many.

Cheryl bartended for 30 years and deeply enjoyed her customers. Known for her cheerful toast, "Pinkies up! Cheers!" she found joy in collecting frogs, visiting the zoo, attending baseball games, and spending quality time with her family. Among her many nicknames, she was most proud of being called "Grandma" and "G.G." Cheryl will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
