Deacon Darnell Alexander, age 67, passed away on April 26, 2022. Beloved husband of Awilla Alexander (nee McClure). Devoted father of Altormese Zellars “Necie”, Darnell (Felicia) Zellars, Susquehanna Whitefeather, Jennifer White (Kyle) McGuire, and the late Michael Farmer. Cherished Grandfather of Amber Pruitt, Kasey Zellars, Darnell Zellars, Darvell Zellars, Cheyanne Evans, Justice White, and Baker McGuire. Loving brother of Larry (Cynthia) Alexander, Ronnie Alexander, Bobby Alexander, and Leonard (Orvice, Squeaky) Alexander. Dear son of Bonnie Alexander and Robert T. Kelly. Darnell was a Deacon, who gave his life to God. He loved to worship Jesus, help people, and feed the homeless. He was a very giving man who loved his family and enjoyed dancing, cooking, and joking around. His nicknames include Big D, Big Poppa, and Big Baby. He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.
