David Kovesi

David Kovesi (85) passed peacefully with his family on February 14, 2021. Born in Cleveland, OH on October 6, 1935 to David and Irene Kovesi (Sullivan). He worked faithfully for over 40 years in a factory where he was a printer. He married, and raised two children, whose lives he was actively involved in and supported along with his grandchild's life. He enjoyed playing and watching baseball, fishing and playing cards with his Uncle Fritz, ice skating and watching Ken play hockey, as well as loved being in North Carolina out in the sunshine. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Louise Kovesi; son Kenneth Kovesi; He is survived by his daughter Kathleen Williams (Mark) of NC; grandson, Zachary Williams (Michele Billings) of NC; great- grandson, Warren Williams of NC; brothers, Louie Kovesi, Michael Kovesi; sisters, Irene Frei, Patricia Goodland, Rosemary Motz, and Carol Cardinal. Family and friends are welcome Saturday, February 27, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors, 13115 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44111. Interment will follow directly after service at Brooklyn Heights Cemetery, 4700 Broadview Road Cleveland, OH 44109

We will be interring the ashes of his son Kenneth along with his father on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 2 p.m.  at Brooklyn Heights Cemetery, 4700 Broadview Road Cleveland, OH 44109
