Deniese Kay Kegley

Deniese Kay (nee Ballantyne) Kegley, age 71, passed away peacefully on July 17, 2024. She was born on August 13, 1952, in Cleveland, Ohio, to her loving parents, the late William Mitchel Ballantyne and Illeen Georgean Lovell. Beloved wife of Ralph Kegley. Devoted mother of James (Debby), Christopher (Stephanie), and Kimberley. Cherished grandmother of 12 and great-grandmother of 15.

Deniese was a proud wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Stubborn to the core, she was known for her unwavering determination, yet she had a heart of gold and would not hesitate to give you the shirt off her back. Her favorite things were the color purple, gnomes, Betty Boop, and cooking, which brought her immense joy and comfort.

Her home was always open, and she never met a person who didn't call her mom, grandma, or friend, even if they had just met her. Deniese's warmth and kindness left an indelible mark on everyone who crossed her path. Her generous spirit and loving nature will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
