Diana J. Levensky (nee Cummings) died peacefully surrounded by family and friends on May 11, 2016 in her home.
Diana is survived by her loving husband Richard Levensky; her children Barbara Sniarowski, Tammy Gibson, Scott Brilla, and Christina Shay; her grandchildren Diana Mosier, Stephanie Gibson, Mark Moore, Vanessa Sniarowski, Lisa Weaver, Raymond Weaver; and great grandchildren Lana Blevins, Ruby Bugg, Jade Moore, Dinah Mosier, and Lydia Mosier. She is preceded in death by her daughter Lisa Levensky and her many brothers and sisters. Funeral Service Monday May 16, 2016 at 11:00am at the BOLLINGER-BICAN FUNERAL HOME 9810 Denison Ave. where family and friends are welcome Saturday, May 14th from 1:00-3:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm and Sunday May 15th, from 1:00-5:00pm. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery.
