Douglas M. "Spoon" Parker, was born January 27, 1966, in Cleveland Ohio. To the union of Lucille and Douglas Parker Sr.(Deceased) .
At the age of thirteen, Douglas accepted Christ where he also served on the usher board at Cleveland Church of Christ.
Douglas was educated in the Cleveland Plubic School System. And attended Aviation High School.
He learned Karate. And owned many pets. And always lit up a room with warm smile.
In his Adult year's at the age of 22 He met his soulmate Ayana Stokes- Parker. From this Union DeAna and Douglas Parker the 3rd were born. And from his previous relationship He has a Daughter Queen Brown.
Douglas has always been hardworking and had several jobs. He also decided to work for himself And purchased a Mini Van to start his own transportation services to take families
and loved one's to visit inmate's to various correctional facilities throughout the State of Ohio. But ,he found his passion in real estate. He loved the idea of investing in homes to rehabilitate. For rental property or resale. In April 2018. Doug started his employment with Southwire Co. He found a secure company that Values Their Employees. And Doug was very impressed with his new future with the Company and His Crew that he worked with.
Doug was a all around Man's/Man. He loved the outdoors. Whether it was fishing, Cooking, Barbecuing, Working on cars,various projects for his homes. He loved Planning for Family Vacations, Holidays, Birthdays, Anniversaries. He always wanted to try different recipes,
And YOUTUBE was his place to find them. And any other ideas he would think of.
Douglas was a loving Son, Husband, Father, Grandfather. And had an Amazing love and bond with his two young Grandsons.
In his passing, Douglas leaves to cherish his memories. His Mother Lucille Williams, Wife Ayana, Mother in Law Phyllis Stokes, children Queen, DeAna, Douglas.#3 Grandchildren Douglas #4 and Jordan Parker.
And a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, relatives, friends.

Family and friends are welcome on Friday May 29, 2020 from 4 to 8 pm at the Slone & Co. Funeral Directors 13115 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland. Private family interment Riverside Cemetery. Visitors are encouraged to wear masks and be mindful of social distancing.
