EDWARD PAUL YAMBOR age 91
Passed away Friday March 4, 2011 at home of kidney failure. He was an avid golfer, had a private pilots license and was a ham radio operator. He was a U.S. Navy WWII Veteran. He worked for Channel 8 from 1946-1991 as a transmitter supervisor. He is preceded in death by his wife Frances (nee Kovach), parents Paul & Mary; son Jonathan Steven; sisters Helen Durdak, Irene and Rita; grandson Ryan Ford. Survived by his children Claudia Ford, Douglas, Trudy Tyburski, Warren (Sandra) and Dean (Mary); grandchildren Jillian, Ashley, Eric, Rachel (Dane), Scott, Amanda, Josh, Alana and Cory; great-grandchildren Lydia Rose, Thomas and Jacob. Funeral Services Saturday March 12, 2011 at 11:00am in the Bollinger-Bican Funeral Home 9810 Denison Ave. Interment Brooklyn Heights Cemetery. Family will receive friends Friday from 4:00-8:00PM.
