Elbert Toler

Elbert Toler, age 81, passed away on October 19, 2021.  He was born on October 29, 1939 in Seco, Kentucky to the late Elbert and Dorothy (nee Mullins) Toler.

He is survived by his brother, Michael Toler, of Jenkins, KY; sisters, Dallie Smith, of Grafton, Ohio, Christine Richmond (Dilmer) of Nicholasville, KY, Stella Amick, of Rainelle, WV, Okie Toler, of Elyria, Ohio and Juanita Toler Hughart; special niece, Tena Brown (Robert) of Brooklyn, Ohio among other nieces and nephews, great -nieces and great- nephews.

Besides his parents, Elbert is preceded in death by his siblings, Henry, Howell, Stevie, Roy, Charles, Lester Ray, Joan Hughes and Corrine Toler.
