Gertrude Hutchins

Gertrude Hutchins, 89 passed away at her home on October 5, 2017. Gertrude was born November 10, 1927, daughter of Michael Malys and Bessie Yasho of Warren Ohio. She married Kenneth W. Hutchins in 1956 and moved to Cleveland Ohio, where they raised two daughters. Gertrude loved being outdoors and being physically active. She enjoyed gardening, baking and cooking. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family. 

Every day she will be missed by her daughters Marta Schicker and Kim Ranney (Steve.) She is also survived by 4 grandchildren including Sarah (Nick) Aaron, Matthew and Madison as well as many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husbands and 4 brothers. 

The family suggests contributions be made to Cleveland Clinic Hospice in lieu of flowers. A private family service will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery on Wednesday October 11th.
