Grover F. Belcher, Jr., age 52, passed away on January 28, 2022. He was born on August 15, 1969, in Cleveland, Ohio.

He is survived by his dear son, Sean Dean Sutphin; loving parents, Marie (nee Ramsey) Belcher (deceased) and Grover Belcher, Sr., siblings, Bryan, Kenneth, Marlene, and Jason Allen (deceased); 3 grandchildren and nephews, Ricky Hodge Jr., Jason, and Seth among many other nieces and nephews.

Grover enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family, he will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him.

Family and friends are welcome on Saturday, February 12, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors, 13115 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44111.
