Dear brother of Raymond Lee Fowler. Cherished son of Harold Fowler Sr. (Maralyn Accord) & Christina Ridings (Timothy). Funeral Services Saturday, March 11, 2017, at 11 am., at the Slone & Co. Funeral Directors 13115 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland. Family and friends are welcome on Friday from 5 to 8 pm. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
