Israel Candelaria

Israel Candelaria, age 63, passed away on May 22, 2024. He was born on October 4, 1960, in Camden, New Jersey, to his loving parents, Clemente and Carmen Candelaria.

Israel was the beloved father of Michelle and Eric Candelaria, and the cherished grandfather of Cionee Bachelor and Laylani Lock. He was a dear brother to Carmen Pagan and Roman Colon, and a treasured uncle to Carmelo Gonzalez, Marisol Gonzalez, Pablo Gonzalez, Sonia Roque, D'Angelo Smoot, and Jonathan Nevarez.

Known affectionately as Izzie, he found joy in collecting vintage toy cars, listening to salsa music, and enjoying cold beers. His greatest passion, however, was making his family laugh, a gift he shared generously with those he loved
