Survived by his children: James E. Boggs, Jr., Carl Boggs and Elizabeth Boggs Buckley; sister Carol and brother Bobby; 9 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Mr. Boggs was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and American Legion.
He worked and volunteered at the Department of Veteran Affairs and enjoyed fishing, gambling, bowling and loved dogs.
Mr. Boggs was a U.S. Army Korean War Veteran.
Graveside Service Friday January 31, 2014 at 11:00am at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, Ohio.
