Janet Reyes

Janet Reyes, age 21, passed away on August 3, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She was born on February 8, 2002, in Cleveland, Ohio, to her loving parents Carmen Gandarilla and Jose Reyes, and was a beloved stepdaughter of Alberto DeJesus.

Janet was a caring and devoted sister to Tato, Jose, Goldi, Gardenia, Berto, Lupy, Leslie, and Nina, always lending a helping hand and bringing joy to their lives. She also held a special place in the hearts of her nieces and nephews: Eva, Liliana, Julian, Alberto III, Benny, Jesus, Ezra, Gaby, Kayla, and Kylie.

Her grandparents, Yonely Santiago, Jose Miguel Reyes, Luz Gandarilla, and Aida Mendez, were proud to witness her growth and celebrate the milestones she achieved in her life.

Janet's warm smile, kind nature, and compassionate spirit touched the lives of everyone she knew, and her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her.

Family and friends are welcome on Friday, August 11, 2023, from 5 to 10 p.m., at Slone & Co. Life Celebration Center 3556 W. 130th St. Cleveland, OH 44111, where services will be held Saturday, August 12, 2023, at 10 a.m. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
