Loving son of Faith C. Smith. Dearest nephew of David R. Smith (Jean). Jazzy loved music, food, sports, nature and traveling. Jazzy had several close friends who remained by his side until the end. Family requests contributions may be made in Jeffery’s memory to Hospice of the Western Reserve.
Jazzy’s Memorial Picnic will be held on Sunday, October 21, 2018 at 2:00pm in the Big Creek Reservation Metroparks at the Creekside Reserved Shelter which is located at Big Creek Parkway South of Snow Road. Please follow the signs. We all know that Jeff was a lover of food, friends, music and good times, so we have decided to do something a little bit different for Jeff’s Memorial Service. Please don your favorite Cleveland Sports Team’s Gear. This is a rain or shine event so please come dressed for the weather. Let’s remember Jeff Smith “Jazzy” the best way that we can.
