Jerome L. Sanders

Jerome L. Sanders, age 60, passed away on November 9, 2023. Born on June 19, 1963, in Cleveland, Ohio, Jerome was the son of Ruby Quicksy and the late Walter Brown Sr.

Jerome was the beloved husband of Jacqueline Sanders and the devoted father of Akarra Richards, Ramona Buchanan, and Tiarra Sanders. He was a cherished grandfather to Heavenly Richards, Joseph Richards, McKyla Buchanan, Kyrain Buchanan, and Theodore Buchanan.

Jerome proudly served in the U.S. Marines, exemplifying dedication and loyalty to his country. His commitment to service was a testament to his strong character and sense of duty.

Known for his affable nature and warm personality, Jerome had a passion for connecting with others. He enjoyed spending time talking to friends on CB radio, forging connections that spanned distances and created lasting friendships. His camaraderie extended to his club brothers and sisters, with whom he shared many cherished moments.

In his leisure time, Jerome found joy in playing video games, a hobby that allowed him to unwind and engage his adventurous spirit. Whether navigating virtual worlds or enjoying the camaraderie of fellow gamers, Jerome embraced the joy that gaming brought to his life.

Jerome was a dear brother to Theodore Sanders, Reginald Wimbley, and the late Debbie Sanders-Brown. His memory will be forever etched in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
