Jerry Lee Mullins, age 64, passed away on Tuesday, December 28, 2021. He was born on April 22, 1957 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Ova Mae Ball.

Jerry is survived by his loving son, Jerry Lee Mullins, Jr.; cherished grandchildren, Adrian and Anya'lynn Mullin.

He enjoyed home improvements, riding motorcycles, and helping people in his AA community. Jerry especially enjoyed spending time with his family and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
