Joanne M Fritz

Joanne Marie Fritz, age 70, passed away on September 5, 2021.

She was born on October 14, 1950, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Albert and Doris Fritz.

Joanne worked as a waitress at the Red Chimney in Slavic Village, Cleveland, Ohio, and was well known by many over her forty years of service. She enjoyed watching her grandsons play basketball, playing slots at the casino, and playing bingo and cards with her friends at Willowood Manor. Her favorite pastime was cooking and playing Yahtzee (yahtzola!) and she was an avid animal lover.

Joanne is survived by her dear son, Brian (Heather) Fritz, her cherished grandsons Nicholas and Michael, nieces Diane Janes and Shelly Gearin, nephew John Gearin and great nephew Erik Janes. 

Preceded in death by her siblings Mary Margaret Gearin, Janet "Gaye" Williams, Charles "Sonny" Gearin and Betty Lou Zelinsky.
