John Honaker, Jr

John James Honaker Jr. (Johnny Bum) born January, 5 1950 in Charleston West Virginia. He entered into eternal rest on June 14, 2019 at 69 years old in his home of Eubank, Kentucky. Johnny was the father of Tammy, Becky, Barb,John, Bill, Timmy and Samantha. Grandfather of Billy, Hopey, Ashley, JJ, Amber, Danielle, Jazmine, Jordan and Cayden. Brother of Dallas, James, Royce, Donald,Debbie and Cozy. He had many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews that he loved and cherished dearly. Johnny was a hard working man who always provided for his family. He worked at LTV Steel (Stiens incorporated) for about 40 years where he retired. Johnny lived in Cleveland, Ohio most of his adult life with his late ex Wife Rosemary Honaker and their 5 children until about 1999 where he relocated to Ravenna, Ohio and then to Kentucky in 2011. Johnny was a man with a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. He was responsible for the upbringing of not only his children but raised Hope and Amber from birth, as well as his stepchildren, Chris, Kaytelin and Branden. Johnny enjoyed Football (Pittsburgh Steelers) NASCAR, playing cards, camping, boating, fishing, listening to country music, (Johnny Cash) spending time with his family & friends and drinking beer. He loved to have a good time, dance laugh and just be with family Family and friends are welcome on Saturday, June 22, 2019 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Slone & Co.
