Joshua Bellomy

Our hearts are broken as we announce the passing of Joshua Bellomy, of Cleveland, OH, who went home to be with Jesus on September 27, 2024, at the age of 35. Born on January 18, 1989 Josh was a beloved son, brother, and friend whose life touched the hearts of all who knew him.

Josh is survived by his loving parents, Jim and Laura Bellomy; his brothers, Jr Bellomy (Bridget), Jake Bellomy (Jennifer), and Jon Bellomy (Elizabeth); his grandparents, Adolf and Amma Hoffman; his 9 nieces and nephews that loved him dearly as well as numerous other extended family members. Josh is preceded in death by his grandmother, Marilynn Hoffman; his grandparents, Bill and Betty Bellomy and his Uncles Ron and Bill. 

Josh enjoyed fishing, pheasant hunting, hanging out with his brothers and anything that involved being around the water. Those who knew Josh will remember him for his contagious smile, his magnetic personality and his ability to make everyone feel like a friend. Josh had a big heart and his kindness and generosity knew no bounds. To know him was to love him. While our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that Josh is now with Jesus. His spirit, his laughter, and his light will forever live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024, from 2 to 4 p.m., at Slone & Co. Life Celebration Center 3556 W. 130th St. Cleveland, OH 44111.
