Juan David Fuentes, age 33, passed away October 2, 2017. Loving father of sons Jayden and Levi; daugthers Serenity, Antonette, Aniyah, and the late Julacia; step sons Helmin and Low. Beloved son of James Roman and Lourdes Fuentes and other Mom-Maria. Cherished fiance of Tiffany. Proceeded in death by grandmother Aflortunada and grandfather Jose. Dearest brother of Jibri, Dustin, Lori and the late Nito. Nephew to Carmen, Melissa Edwin and Herky. Uncle to Taranna, AJ, Celia, Alexi, Chayla, Isaih. P.J. and Phil. Remembered fondly by Cynthia, Diana, Crissanta, and many cousins and friends. Family and friends are welcome Sunday, October 8, 2017, from 6-8pm.
