Daughter of Richard and Connie Baldwin (both deceased). Family and friends are welcome at the Bican Bros. Funeral Home 5215 Fleet Ave. for memorial visitation on Saturday, August 10, 2019 from 1:00-2:30pm with a memorial service to begin at 2:30pm. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that donations may be made in Judy’s memory to St. Joseph’s Indian School, 1301 N Main St., Chamberlain, SD 57325.
