Julie Angela Gauld

September 18, 1969 — September 21, 2018

Julie Angela Gauld, age 49, went to her heavenly home on September 21, 2018 in Cleveland, Ohio. She was born on September 18, 1969, the daughter of George and Anita Gauld who raised her in Fife Lake, Michigan. She re-located to and resided in Maple Heights, Ohio with the love of her life, Karyn, as Julie was to Karyn. Over the years they made many treasured memories together, enjoyed family gatherings, and vacations. And then there were the basketball games they enjoyed together. Their love was like no other and they had true respect for each other. Together they lived life to the fullest and made the most of every day they could.

She is survived by her beloved Life Partner, Karyn Kehoe, of Maple Heights; her parents of Fife Lake; her Brothers, Stan of Fife Lake, Glen of Trout Lake; along with Nephew, Travis Gauld of Fife Lake, Niece, Nicole (Aaron Ingersoll) Gauld of Fife lake; Great Nieces, Alexis and Baily; her Honorary Family: her other “mama” Irene Kehoe-Lucas of Ohio; Brother, Lenny Kehoe of Ohio; Sister, Irene Kehoe of Ohio; Nephew, Robert Politowicz of Ohio; Niece, Victoria Politowicz of Ohio; and Godson, Justin Kehoe who Julie taught to play the drums; along with many numerous other loving family, cousins, and friends.

Julie was preceded in death by her Honorary “other Dad”, David Lucas, of Ohio.

Julie loved with all her heart and made the most of each step she took along the path of life. Alexis and Baily where her greatest gifts in life, as she cherished every moment with them that she could. Whether it was spoiling them, skyping with them, or just sitting cuddling and holding them every moment was forever treasured. We will all miss her comforting presence, but most of all her hugs, kisses and that contagious smile.

She lived her life with determination and courage and appreciated the gifts she received from God; the gift of life, of family, of friends; and the gift of music. Family and friends were special to Julie and did always come first in her life.

Our dear sweet Julie knew how to make the magic happen. She always lived outside the box, taking chances, being bold and silly. The magic was in her smile, that infectious smile, and in her personality. Julie had a heart of gold that shined through her kindness and giving ways. Her laugh and smile would light up any room. Music was her passion and she excelled at it.

Julie, long before you were born you were deeply loved. You were our best friend, our ally, and our most precious gift from God. From a girl to a woman, we would watch you grow. You left us so suddenly, our hearts are still burning in pain. Then we think of your laugh and smile, and know we will see it again in just a short while. Your memory is our keepsake, with which we will never part. God has you in his keeping - we have you in our heart.

We will miss you and think of you with love, and know that you are with our loved ones above. From the purple sky to the photo falling from a book we know you are okay – for love never dies.

Dear God please take care of our darling, Julie.

A celebration of Julie’s life is being planned for Fife Lake with dates, times and location to be announced at a later date. Burial will take place at the Springfield Township Cemetery following her Celebration of life. Friends and Family are welcome.
