Luther Lynn Sams Jr., age 41 passed away on June 5, 2021. Devoted son of the late Michael and Pauline Heading.  Loving father of Ethan Sams, and the late Mackenzie Sams. Dear brother of Marie Ramos, and Ashley Heading, step brother of Brandy, Robin and Robert.  Cherished grandson of Christine Millsaps. Loving stepson of Judith Heading. Beloved nephew of aunt Brenda, uncle Wayne, uncle Larry, uncle Doug, aunt Shirley, uncle Johnny, uncle Mark , and uncle Paul. Family and friends are welcome Saturday, June 12, 2021 for a Memorial service at Wallace Lake Park  213 Prospect Street, Berea, OH 44017 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
