Marilyn Ortiz, age 66, passed away on November 25, 2021. She was born on October 22, 1955 in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico.

She is survived by her loving children, Anna Grays and Horace J. Sanders III; siblings, Jorge, Noemy, Maria and Elizabeth Ortiz; cherished grandchildren, Tamera, Kamariana, Darien, James, Peyten, Kattaleya and Dominic; and many nieces and nephews.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, Encarnacion Ortiz and Elena Ortiz; siblings, Ivane Ortiz and Miguel Ortiz.

Marilyn enjoyed spending time with her family and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Family and friends are welcome on Sunday, December 5, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors, 13115 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44111. The family request for everyone’s safety please wear a mask.
