Noel Alexander Bryant Rios was born May 2, 1985 was called home by the Lord on January 19, 2020. Grandson to the late Calixto & Carmen Rios. Beloved Son of Haydde Rios & the late Hubert Davis. Loving father to Justine and Phillip. He leaves behind his siblings Sophia Feliciano, Medeli, Ignacio, Margarita, Eneyda and Enrique Rios. He also leaves behind his nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts and a host of cousins. Family & Friends are welcome at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors 13115 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland on Saturday January 25, 2020 from 4 pm until time of closing reflections at 6 pm.
