Noemi Arroyo, age 80, passed away on February 16, 2021. Beloved wife of Primitivo Arroyo. Loving mother of Fermin Lorenzo Jr., Gilbert Lorenzo, Milagros Lorenzo-Fontanez, Carlos Lorenzo, and Jessica McDougler. Cherished Grandmother of Fermin Lorenzo III, Jennifer Mayes, Carlos Foster, Carlos Lorenzo, Natasha Lorenzo, Victor Fontanez, Isabella Fontanez, Lorenzo Arroyo, Aaliyah Tipton, Brandon McDougler, Tristan Corleon Lorenzo, and Jayden Alexander Lorenzo.  Devoted daughter of the late Pedro Flores and Ramona Rodriguez Echevarria. Noemi loved playing board games with her family and playing the Ohio Lottery. Family and friends are welcome Friday, February 19, 2021 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Slone & Co.
