Norma Padilla

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Norma Padilla, who left us on December 16, 2024, at the age of 72. Norma was a woman of notable strength and resilience. Despite the many challenges life placed before her, she faced them with perseverance. Her devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary and The Rosary was a source of comfort and strength throughout her life. 

Norma was the beloved daughter of the late Margarita Mercado Collazo and Carlos Padilla Ortiz, and the mother of Efraín Ramos, Gladys Padilla, Eugenio Díaz, Rosangela Meléndez, Norma Paulino, Emmanuel Padilla, and Lazarita Padilla. She was also a grandmother to George Padilla, Ashley Figueroa, Amaris Peralta, Efrain Ramos Jr., Génesis Ramos, Josué Ramos, Manuel Paulino Jr., Graciela Paulino, and Gabriel Paulino.

Norma was a loving sister to Carlos Padilla, Brunilda Sanabria, Gladys Padilla, Wilfredo Padilla, José Luis Padilla, and Paula Padilla. In addition, she was a beloved aunt, great-grandmother, and friend.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, December 20, 2024, at 12 p.m., at St. Michael Archangel Church 3114 Scranton Rd, Cleveland, OH 44109. 

“Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace.” Amen.
