Beloved wife of Darrell Hornyak.  Loving mother of Tara Nagle (Nick), DJ (deceased) and Shana Koppa (Josh).  Dearest grandmother of Nathan, Chaise, Jordan and Logan.  Daughter of Irene Kuralak (deceased) (Bill) and Jack Frye.  Sister of Kevin and Tammy Frye.  Granddaughter of Birdie Mae Frye and the late  Jack Frye, Irene Barto and the late Charles Barto.  Aunt, Cousin, Step-Sister and friend of many.  Family and friends are welcome Sunday, August 2, 2020 from 2:00-6:00pm at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors 13115 Lorain Ave., where services will be held at 6:00pm.
