Patricia Jean Goss

Pat, Patricia Jean Goss, Patty as I fondly called her, passed at the Cleveland Clinic Sunday evening May 24,2020, at the age of 74 from heart failure.  My son, Ken and I were able to spend the last hours at her bedside, praying and letting her know how much she was loved by her family and friends. Patty's Heart was always reaching out to others in their time of need- loving them with the love of Christ. I was so very blessed to be her husband for 53 years as we shared an incredible journey together! Always doing life together, raising our son Ken, and enjoying and loving our 4 grandchildren -Kaitlin, Kenny, Thomas, Taylor, raising foster children & special needs babies. Raising an orphan boy in SW China for 7 years. We so love children! We wanted to have 10.

We had six of our own of which Patty is now seeing five of them in Heaven. We were radically saved in our thirties, attended Bible College together and 

served the Lord in China twenty years. Our last five years together we served the Lord as hospice Chaplains with Southern Care Hospice In Youngstown, Ohio. We have been extremely blessed to know Jesus Christ as as Lord & Savior & serve Him as His servants. 

I miss you so much Patty. But I know your in Heaven with Jesus. 

You have fought the good fight, you have finished the race, you have kept the faith.

Patty- you counted your life of no value to yourself so you would finish your course- the ministry you received from the Lord Jesus to testify to the Gospel of God's Grace. 

Acts 20:24

Patty- You laid down

your life for others. 

1 John 3:16

I know Patty that you have an eternal dwelling in the heavens- 2 Cor. 5:1

I know Patty that we all must stand before Christ to be judged. We will each receive whatever we deserve for the good or evil we have done in our bodies. 2 Cor. 5:10

Patty -We know we are citizens of heaven where the Lord Jesus Christ lives. 

Philippians 3:20

Patty-The Lord is your Shepherd - you have everything you need. Surely God's goodness & unfailing love will pursue you all the days of your life and Patty- you will live in the house of the Lord- forever!
