She was a nurse for Cleveland Clinic for over 30 years and for the VA Medical Center in San Diego, CA, while a part-time model in her younger years. She was a gentle soul with a beaming smile to brighten your day. She selflessly gave her time and energy to countless church functions, including Bible studies and missionary work in Mexico, Grenada, El Salvador, and Uganda. Pattie was able to complete a pilgrimage to the Holy Land as well. She had a profound love for animals of all kinds, particularly for several dogs that she adopted, and she also served as a Parma Animal Shelter volunteer. She also volunteered for Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery and the American Legion. She was a beloved family member, godmother, and a friend to countless, while providing a welcome presence for several children in need. Her door was always open to anyone alone during the holidays. She will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.
