Porfirio Rodriguez

Porfirio Rodriguez, age 84, passed away on October 30, 2021 surrounded by his family.

He was born on September 4, 1937 in Toa Alta, Puerto Rico to the late Juan Rodriguez and Emilia Rosa.

Porfirio is survived by his beloved wife, Carmen Rodriguez (nee Hernandez); loving children, Porfirio Rodriguez, Jr. (deceased), Jesus Rodriguez (Patricia), William Rodriguez, Carmen Nunez (Edwin), Magaly Osegueda (Pedro Luis), Juan Rodriguez (Eva), and Jose Rodriguez (Sally); cherished grandchildren, Teresita, Felita, Jesus, Juan, Porfirio, Yolanda, Jacqueline, Edwin Jr. Laura, Aidan, Sofia, Ashley and Erica.   He was also a loving great grandfather to many great-grandchildren.

Porfirio enjoyed spending time with his family and he will be dearly missed by everyone who knew him.

Family and friends are welcome on Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Slone & Co. Funeral Directors, 13115 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44111.  For the safety of everyone, please wear a mask.  Mass of a Christian burial will be held on Friday, November 5, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, 3395 E. 53^rd Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44127. (Please meet at the Church).  Interment at Riverside Cemetery.
