Ramón Pacheco Quiñones, age 80, of Cleveland, OH passed away on March 13, 2021. Beloved Husband of Miguelina Ortiz. Devoted Father of Iris Quiñones (Dimas Martinez), Sally Quiñones (Luis Hernandez), and Alex Quiñones (Yira Martinez). Ramón was a loving Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, and Friend.
