Regina M. Collins, born on September 6, 1949, in Cleveland, Ohio, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2025, in her beloved hometown. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose warmth, generosity, and love touched the lives of many.
Regina was the daughter of John and Louise (nee O’Malley) Tyna, who instilled in her the values of family and community that she cherished throughout her life. She married her loving husband, Steve O. Collins, and together they built a remarkable life filled with joyful memories, while raising their three wonderful sons, Stephen, Mark (Sheila) and Kevin (Pam) Collins.
A passionate individual, Regina's hobbies reflected her zest for life. She enjoyed bowling, playing bingo, and traveling, often finding solace and happiness surrounded by her family. Her love for the outdoors was evident through her frequent camping excursions, where she delighted in nature and created lasting memories. Her greatest joy came from being around her grandchildren and great-grandchild, Tiffany, Markelia, Parker Collins, and Isiaiha Lewis, who were the light of her life.
Regina’s family and friends will remember her for her infectious laughter, steadfast support, and unwavering love. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness and dedication that will continue to inspire those she touched.
