Richard C. Cairns Age 70, passed away October 4, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved Husband to Dolores (nee Staton) Cairns. Loving Father to Randy G. Hughes (Crystal), Chris W. Hughes, Joel D. Hughes (Nakya) Mike K. Hughes, Jennifer M. McFadden ( Chad), Marjorie D. Maksimovic & Raquel C. Cairns. Dear Brother-in-law to Joyce Cairns. Loving Grandfather & Great Grandfather. He was preceded in death by his two siblings Ernest Jr., and Marjorie Cairns. Friends & Family are welcome on Tuesday October 7, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 in the Bollinger- Bican Funeral Home where funeral services will be held on Wednesday October 8 at 11 o'clock. Interment West Park Cemetery with Full Military Honors.
