Rose Butchko, age 87, passed away on March 16, 2021. Loving Mother of Nancy Levensky (Robert), Lisa Formanek, and Cynthia Patel (Nilay). Beloved wife of the late Nicholas Butchko. Dear sister of Mike Kalika. Rose was a Cherished Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She will be missed and remembered by those who loved her.
