Ruby Baldwin

Ruby Baldwin (nee Hembree) age 82 went home to be with the Lord on May 19, 2020.  Our family is thankful for her life and her impact upon ours.  Born in Sevierville (next door to Gatlinburg) Tenn, the second child and only daughter of Herman and Gene Hembree.  She moved north to Cleveland, Ohio looking for work in 1957, met the love of her life, was married and lived out her years in the Cleveland area.  She had two beautiful children.  Ruby had a varied career working for among others Allstate and Beeline Fashions.  She was PTA president at William Cullen Bryant, active in her church (Central Baptist in Cleveland) and made sure her children behaved.  She was proud that later in life she went back to school and achieved an Associates Degree at Cuyahoga Community College.  Beloved wife of Fredie Baldwin, loving mother of Milissa Manco and David (Mary) Baldwin, cherished grandmother of TJ and Tyler (Chloe Tomassini) Manco, devoted great grandmother of Ella, dear sister to Eugene (Deb) and Chester Hembree.  Private family services will be held, those wishing to honor her life can make donations to the Parkinson Foundation (www.parkinson.org) (or an organization of their choice) in her name.
