Stacy was born on a Monday, he was then a little brother but always thought he ran the show! He was always a happy child and will be dearly missed. - MOM 

Beloved Son of Linda & Ron Brilla. Loving Father of Marya & Cameron Soto (Amanda Tokar), Lucius Stachowiak(Glenna and Rocky Cintron), Calista, Mila, Daxton Soto & Carlee Koerner(Brittney Yarmesh).  Dearest Brother of Fermain Soto, Sarah Browning-Nosky(Rob Nosky), Christopher Brilla, Chuckie Soto Woolridge(Rayna Woolridge), Carmen Perez(Stacy Perez) Dearest Uncle, Cousin, Nephew & Great Friend to Many!
