Theresa Kalasz

Theresa M. Kalasz passed away on May 24, 2021 in Cleveland, OH. Beloved daughter of Theresa and the late Lajos Kalasz, sister of Joseph and Louis, aunt of Jolene and great aunt of Iree, Anez and Isaac.

Theresa attended Saint Joseph Academy and graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Akron.

She was extremely talented. She loved to garden and dabbled in woodworking, silversmithing, jewelry making and countless other crafts. She was an avid quilter—creating intricate quilts for her family and friends. She enjoyed remodeling and decorating her beautiful home.

She was a kind and generous person who was always available to help with a project from sanding floors to tearing out wallpaper! She loved to search for treasure at estate sales and had an eye for turning old things into something new.

Theresa was a tried and true friend and devoted to her family. She will be lovingly remembered for her witty sense of humor and easy going spirit.

Family and friends are welcome on Saturday, May 29, 2021 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors 13115 Lorain Ave. Cleveland OH 44111, where closing prayers and reflections will be held at 3:3O
