Thomas Michael Steele

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Thomas Michael Steele, fondly known as Tom. A beloved husband, father, Father-in-law, son, grandfather, brother, and friend, Tom's departure leaves a void that will be felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him. He was born on March 12, 1962 in Portsmouth, Ohio to his parents Geneva Steele and Ralph T. Steele.

Tom was a man who lived life to the fullest and embraced every moment with enthusiasm and passion. His hobbies included fishing, playing pool, bowling, and participating in friendly games of darts. Tom's love for these activities brought joy to those around him and created cherished memories that will be forever treasured.

In addition to his love for games, Tom cherished his role as a dedicated family man. He was a devoted husband to Rose Steele and together they shared a bond that was built on love, trust, and unwavering support. Their journey together was filled with countless beautiful moments and a strength that weathered every storm.

Tom's children held a special place in his heart. His daughters Jamie (Justin Rupert) Robidoux and Debra (Patrick) Hopson held an unbreakable bond with their father; along with his grandchildren Arthur Cantrell, Adrian Santiago, Travis Lempeck, Trena Steele, Geneva Lempeck, Pamela Lee and Parker Hopson – they brought immense joy into Tom's life.

He also leaves behind his brother Wayne Steele.

Tom is now reunited with his son Keith Edward, his brother Billy Steele, his beloved parents Geneva and Ralph and his cherished grandparents.

Tom's impact extended beyond his immediate family as he touched the lives of many friends.

Thomas Michael Steele may have departed from this world physically, but his love, light, and spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to have crossed paths with him. May he rest in eternal peace knowing that his legacy lives on through the memories and lives he touched.
